"I was having a problem with the blower in my fireplace/insert. This unit was installed when the house was built, about 25 years ago (we just bought the house). I called Bossert, explained the problem, and they said that they would come and check it out. They brought a replacement part, just in case we needed it and as it turned out, the blower was fine, it just needed to be cleaned and adjusted. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and professional the service person was. Once the blower was cleaned and adjusted, I had some questions on operating the unit and he was able to answer them all. I highly recommend Bossert based on this great experience and will call them again when I need any sort of help with my fireplace/insert."
