Testimonials

On 9/19/2026 Bruce Wachholz had this to say:
I was having a problem with the blower in my fireplace/insert. This unit was installed when the house was built, about 25 years ago (we just bought the house). I called Bossert, explained the problem, and they said that they would come and check it out. They brought a replacement part, just in case we needed it and as it turned out, the blower was fine, it just needed to be cleaned and adjusted. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and professional the service person was. Once the blower was cleaned and adjusted, I had some questions on operating the unit and he was able to answer them all. I highly recommend Bossert based on this great experience and will call them again when I need any sort of help with my fireplace/insert.

On 9/17/2026 Ryan had this to say:
Ed and Bodie exceed expectations every time. They stand behind their warranties and truly want the job to be the best it can be. Ed has such great ideas, and the whole crew is easy to work with. You always feel welcome, and no question is too crazy. This is the #1 place to buy a fireplace and to have it serviced. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Testimonial written by Ryan on this site.
